Inside the politics of net zero | The Mainstream S1E4
The Institute of Public Affairs’ Daniel Wild and John Roskam discuss what Dan learned from his trip to Canberra earlier in the week when Barnaby Joyce submitted his private members bill to abolish net zero into parliament.
Dan and John discuss why they believe the Coalition will almost certainly dump net zero this year, and the changing dynamics of the Senate and how this is affecting the gravitational pull of policy.
They also look at the rightward shift of young men in Europe and Japan and implications for politics in Australia.
